To view My Work Queue, you will use the Department of State’s Business Filing Services (BFS).

My Work Queue is used to check statuses, make corrections, and obtain documents associated with initial business filings, existing business document purchases, UCC filings/purchases, and trademark filings.

Once your documents are available in My Work Queue, you can store them in the My Documents section of the Business Hub. Documents delivered in BFS are only available for 60 days. Documents stored in the Hub will never disappear.
